Product Overview

The ZPR770Y eccentric rotary control ball valve,also called C-type valve orcamflex valve.It features a straight-through flow path design in the valve body,with an eccentrically rotating spherical disc that provides excellent flow-guiding characteristics.
The valve cavity has no flow dead zones,resulting in low fluid resistance while maintaining effective self-cleaning of the disc surface.
When opening,the disc instantly separates from the seat(>0.05mm gap at 3°opening)due to proper eccentric design,minimizing wear between components and requiring low operating torque.During closing,the eccentric mechanism creates a progressive wiping action(0°-3°)that enhances self-cleaning between disc and seat.After 90°rotation,the spherical surface rotates sideways away from direct fluid impact,ensuring effective protection.
This eccentric rotary control valve offers advantages of low fluid resistance,wide adjustable range,and small stable torque,making it particularly suitablefor controlling and regulating media such as slurries,powders,crystals,andsulfides in pipeline transportation,etc.
