Product Overview

CNZPV’s Manual Lever PTFE(Teflon) Lined Wafer Type Butterfly Valve is an economical and robust valve with a fluorine plastic lining, offering longer service life with lower maintenance cost. Self-lubricating bearings ensures perfect guiding and turning of the shaft without seizure or premature wear. The gaskets are not required since the lining that extends onto the faces acts as a gasket. The bonded liner extends the lifetime of the valve ensuring there is no corrosion between the body and disc.

Performance Characteristics

CNZPV’s Manual Lever PTFE(Teflon) Lined Wafer Type Butterfly Valve features a valve body(seat) and inner parts(disc) that come into contact with the fluid, which are lined with fluoroplastic through a high-temperature molding process. Additionally, the inner cavity of the metal valve body undergoes gear machining to ensure complete bonding between the lining material and metal, thereby enhancing both service life and performance. This valve effectively isolates corrosive media from contacting the valve body while preventing any corrosion of metallic materials within it. With excellent sealing performance, high-response,precise flow characteristics, it finds extensive applications in conditions involving strong corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salts as well as volatile and penetrative gas or liquid media.
