Product Overview

The ZPR730F Pneumatic Fluorine-Lined Three-Way Ball Valve is primarily used for changing media flow direction. With fluorine plastic (FEP, PFA) lining on all wetted parts, it is widely applied in processes involving strong acids, alkalis, salts and other corrosive chemicals, as well as for pipeline on/off and flow direction switching. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance and high reliability, it is extensively used in chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries, ensuring industrial process stability and safety. It is particularly suitable for applications of piping and valve installations with high-crowded.The ZPR730F Pneumatic Lined Three-Way Ball Valve is available in L-port and T-port configurations to meet different flow direction switching requirements.

Performance Characteristics

Technical Features:

1.Designs with a three-way, four-seal structure for superior sealing performance, with each flow path independently sealable.

2.In order to solvethe problem of high torque characteristic of lined three-way ball valves, the stem and ball employ a split welding design, effectively resolving casting defects in the stem neck part and the low strength of casting valve

3.Available in L-portand T-port structures – please select the appropriate type based on flow direction requirements. Media flow direction can be selected according to the attached diagrams

4.The sealing seat utilizes imported Daikin TFM1600 material, offering superior elasticity, temperature-resistance, and self-lubricationcompared to domestic PTFE material, ensuring enhanced sealing performance.

5.The packing takes adual V-shaped structure with combinationof domestic & imported material is adopted, providing larger sealing area and lower operating torque.

6.Theintegrated stuffing box employs a micro-clearance insert design, preventing the packing fluorine material deformation and eliminating external leakage

7.The valvebracketcomplies with ISO 5211 international standards, ensuring fully compatibility with all electric/pneumatic actuators for interchangeability.
