Product Overview

ZPRX740F Pneumatic Lined Inclined Stem Discharge Ball Valve is a specialized valve designed for bottom discharge, draining, sampling, and dead-zone-free shut-off operations in reactors, storage tanks, and other containers.Featuring a simple and compact structure, this valve is lined with fluoroplastics (FEP, PFA) in all wetted parts, making it ideal for handling highly corrosive media such as strong acids, alkalis, salts, and other aggressive chemicals.
Due to its exceptional corrosion resistance and high reliability, it is widely used in industries such as chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, and others, ensuring process stability and operational safety. It’s the preferred choice for automated control valves in corrosive fluid applications.

Performance Characteristics

1.”Close-to-Bottom Mounted”Bonnet Design
This inclined stem discharge ball valve features a close-mounted bonnet structure, reducing the distance between valve’s internal components and the tank bottom, effectively minimizing stagnant zones during agitation.

2.Streamlined Arc-Shaped Bonnet Design
The arc-shaped bonnet design prevents media residue accumulation, ensuring smoother flow and eliminating clogging risks.

3.105° inclined Stem Angle Design
The 105° inclined valve stem positions the actuator at an optimal angle relative to the tank bottom, increasing clearance space and preventing actuator-tank interference.

4.PremiumImported TFM1600 Valve Seat material
The sealing seat utilizes imported Daikin TFM1600 material, offering superior elasticity, temperature-resistance, and self-lubrication compared to domestic PTFE material, ensuring enhanced sealing performance.

 5.Dual V-Shaped Packing Design
A dual V-shaped packing structure with combination of domestic & imported material is adopted, providing larger sealing  area and lower operating torque.

6.Leak-FreeStuffing Box Design
The integrated stuffing box employs a micro-clearance insert design, preventing the packing fluorine material deformation and eliminating external leakage risks.

7.InternationalStandardized MountingDesign
The valve bracket complies with ISO 5211 international standards, ensuring fully compatibility with all electric/pneumatic actuators for interchangeability.
