Product Overview

The ZPL640F Lined Self-Operated Pressure Regulator by Zhipeng is a device that operates without an external energy source. It uses the medium’s own pressure as the driving force, compares pressure variations with the control signal, and balances the force of the regulated medium against the actuator’s output force to maintain stable pressure and differential pressure values.

This regulator consists of a valve body and an actuator. Its simple design incorporates fluoropolymer lining (FEP, PFA, PTFE) in all wetted parts, making it ideal for automatic pressure control in corrosive gas applications. Thanks to its exceptional corrosion resistance and high reliability, it is widely used in industries such as chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, and others, ensuring process stability and safety. It is the optimal choice for automated control valves handling aggressive media.

Performance Characteristics

Technical Features:

① This regulator takes internal pressure collecting and has no external pressure pipe, which solves the corrosion and leakage problems in the bypass.
② The adjusting spring is designed above the diaphragm actuator, facilitating on-site debugging.
③ With a non-packing design, there is no friction when the valve stem make linear motion, making the up-sealing more reliable.
④ The sensing elements of the actuator are extremely sensitive and can detect extremely slight pressure changes.
⑤ The regulator designed with balanced structure, unaffected by upstream pressure fluctuations.
