Product Overview

The Self-Controlled Micro-Pressure Steam Pressure Regulator device that integrates detection, transmission, control and execution. It is very different from the control valve. The significant feature of the self-operated regulating valve is that it does not require external energy (power supply, air source) and directly uses the energy of the controlled medium for automatic control and operation. As long as the valve uses auxiliary energy, it cannot be called “self-operated”. This concept must be clarified, otherwise it will cause misunderstanding to suppliers or manufacturers!

There are the most types of self-operated pressure regulating valves, including the following types:
●ZPL610 (ZZYP, ZZYM) self-operated pressure regulating valve
●ZPL620 (ZZVP, ZZVM) self-operated micro-pressure regulating valve
●ZPL630 (ZZYVP-BII) pilot pressure regulating valve (nitrogen sealing device)
●ZFQ explosion-proof fire-blocking breathing valve

Performance Characteristics

The ZPL610 self-acting pressure regulating valve is an executive product that does not require any external energy and uses the energy of the medium to be regulated to automatically adjust. The biggest feature of this product is that it can be used in places without electricity or gas, while saving energy. The pressure setting period can be adjusted freely within a certain range. ZPL610 self-operated pressure regulating valve has three types of valve internal parts according to the needs of various process occasions:
1. Single-seat self-operated pressure regulating valve)
2. Sleeve self-operated pressure regulating valve)
3. Double-seat self-operated pressure regulating valve)
ZPL610 self-operated pressure regulating valve has three types of valve covers according to the needs of various process occasions:
1. Ordinary (general occasions)
2. Long neck (large pressure regulation range)
3. Heat dissipation (temperature 350~550℃)
ZPL610 self-operated pressure regulating valve has three types of actuators according to the needs of various process occasions:
1. Diaphragm (ordinary diaphragm and enhanced diaphragm)
2. Piston
3. Metal diaphragm (0Cr18Ni9)
